● This price list is valid from 1 January 2024 and remains in force.
● Considering our experience (translating since 2002, Prague), ISO 9001:2016 certification and utilisation of only experienced professional translators, in terms of price and quality of translation services we represent one of the most affordable options on the market. This is evidenced by our rating on Google – 4.7 out of a total of 5 points.
● The below-detailed prices for translations and other services are given not inclusive of VAT (for VAT payers), and inclusive of VAT (for non-payers). VAT is currently 21 %.
● For non-payers of VAT, we can also provide invoicing without VAT.
● The minimum charge is for 1 SP (1 standard page).
● The final job size (number of SP invoiced) is always determined by the target text, i.e. the translated or proofread text. You pay for the exact amount of text produced, and no more.

Extra charges and higher rates
● Overnight express delivery + 80 % (requested after 6 pm, delivery next morning, max. 8 SP)
● Delivery within 2, 4 and 6 hours + 50 % (max. approx. 1 – 4 SP depending on delivery time)
● Delivery within 12 hours + 50 % (requested morning, delivered evening, max. 6 SP)
● Delivery within 24 hours + 30 % (max. 10 SP) – up to 3 SP at no extra charge – see “Special Offer”!
● Delivery of over 6 SP within one working day + 10 % or more on agreement.
We do not charge extra for work at weekends when not requested on Friday and delivered on Monday.
Extra charges for difficulty (e.g. scientific texts) and poor legibility of source text are determined individually on the basis of mutual agreement with the customer.

Discounts and reduced rates
● More than 50 SP in one job – 5 %
● More than 100 SP in one job – 10 %
These volume discounts apply for repeated co-operation (min. 4 jobs).

Price list key
1 standard page (SP) is defined by the Czech technical standard for typescripts as 1 800 characters (30 lines of 60 characters)
To calculate in MS Word: Tools – Word Count, Characters (with spaces) divided by 1800 = number of SP
The final job size (number of SP invoiced) is always determined by the target text, i.e. translated or proofread text.
