By sending this you also express your consent to EKO Překlady s.r.o. processing your personal data in regard to the person detailed in the form and its use in business details with your person within the meaning of the relevant provisions in Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended. You can withdraw this consent at any time by giving written notice to EKO Překlady s.r.o.

“EKO Překlady s.r.o., Company ID (IČ) 275 73 834, with its registered office at Kubištova 4/1100, Prague 4 – Podolí, Postal code 140 00, processes your personal data as controller. The company provides services in the field of translation and proofreading. The company processes all personal data and special categories of personal data which have been submitted to it in order to provide its services. The personal data is only processed for the period necessary to provide the services. The company processes and submits personal data further to its external partners only in relation to the services provided. If the personal data is submitted to an external translator, the translator is duly informed about protecting this personal data. The company does not submit personal data to anyone else for marketing or other business activities. The company processes the personal data in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The company gives notification that every natural person has the right to access his or her personal data, the right to rectification of the data, the right to erase the data, the right to data portability and also the right to withdraw consent to the processing of the personal data. The right to withdraw consent and other rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation can be exercised during working hours at the company’s registered office, or by emailing info@ekopreklady.cz . The company is bound to an obligation to secrecy, and for this reason some rights may be refused. In regard to the processing of personal data, persons are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.”
