Online order of translation or proofreading

Orders sent after opening hours will be dealt with in the order they arrived at the start of opening hours on the following working day. The nature and focus of what we do means orders do not receive an automated confirmation (in contrast, e.g., to online shops), but they are rather confirmed manually following an assessment of your request.

First, we will send you a quote for your requested job. Only after you consent to and confirm the order will we begin implementing your job.

Our agency’s opening hours are (not including lunch break):
Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm
